You try to bring out a feeling in someone when you make something, and I think this one brings out a lot of thoughts and feelings to people, especially people who have experienced war. I’ve seen several of them cry when they saw it. I can’t even really imagine what all they gave, and it never leaves you. I just hope it makes them appreciate what they gave and are still giving for our freedom.

I think ScultpureWalk is truly one of those organizations that has put Sioux Falls on the map as a destination for arts and culture.
